Resident doctors of SSG hospital Vadodara went on indefinite strike in view of their demands. More than 500 resident doctors of Sayaji Hospital in Vadodara demanded salary as per the 7th Pay Commission and implementation of the SR bond scheme. Resident doctors staged demonstrations outside the Superintendent's office in view of their demands. Resident doctors will only be on duty at the emergency services.   The government did not comply with the order for bonded resident doctors doing Covid duty and issued a new order assigning doctors to duty in remote villages.
