On the occasion of the 119th birth anniversary of India's former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri, floral tributes were paid at the statue located in Kankaria. It's worth mentioning that Lal Bahadur Shastri coined the slogan "Jai Jawan...Jai Kisan," which remains iconic to this day.
